The greatest test would be moving on with enthusiasm when you came from a broken heart, a battered soul, and with so many failures.
You are thinking what would be the use of life if everything you ought to be, come crashing in front of your face. It is easier for people to say, that’s only a girl! That’s only a job! That’s only failure! You will get over that one in a couple of days.
Yap right! But you don’t understand. I’m in love with that girl, my work is my life, and it’s not easy to take failure lightly. That would be some of our reasons and sometimes it takes a valid point. But still people would tell us, for that reason alone you are acting like that, where is your brain? World will not stop turning for you when you are broken hearted, when you lose your job, when you are a failure and a loser, and certainly for your undying sorry for yourself.
It’s hard to swallow ha! But that would be the test of our maturity. When you can handle failure, broken heart, being jobless and so many things that would require character with grace that would be the sign of a maturing you. It’s like whatever happens, be a man or be a woman to face every trial that comes your way.
We have to move on, right! That’s the reality we have to endure. I remember before when I was a broken hearted guy I can’t really explain exactly what is the feeling, it’s like you want to burst out and you want to do something unnecessary just to get through with that pain. Your heart will pump like a crazy pumping station and your mind would release a certain chemical that really could affect every decision you have in mind. It’s crazy but it would be one of the best feelings you have in your life if not the best.
How about being jobless and being a failure? Well you felt like there’s no more hope right! When you are down and everything you want to happen is not happening, it seems like bad luck is ruining your life. It really felt terrible especially when your peers are doing great and you see them being tired with their work and you are lying on the couch watching TV and you get tired out of it. I don’t know if it is a good thing, well it’s not really a good thing especially when you are not getting paid for it.
Move on, move on, and move on! There is a greater way to start a new chapter in your life and it would be more exciting, more exhilarating, more fulfilling than feeling depressed and fell sorry for yourself. People are always saying that thing, move on when you are hurt, move on when you are down, move on when you are betrayed, because that is true and there is no secret on it. All you have to do is get up and move on.
