How you react to any hurting situation is very vital on the outcome of how you handle distress. By managing it and by careful examination of situations, you can lessen any hurts that troubling you.
I’ll give you some steps on how to manage any hurt:
• LET THE HURT STAY FOR A WHILE
Don’t do some nasty things when you’re hurting, like reacting in a manner that you can hurt someone physically because of anger. If you’ve done some regrettable actions you can never take it back. Keep your composure, fell your hurt, if your heart beats really fast and your blood come rushing to your head, let it be! Give it a moment until the fast beat of your heart will fade slowly and will get back into normal.
• KEEP POSITIVE PERSPECTIVE
Turn your negative emotions into a positive perspective. You can do this by allowing yourself to think that all these things happen for you to realize your potentials and will power.
• UNDERSTAND PEOPLE
If the causes of the hurt are people, you should comprehend them. People come into our life to give us a new understanding of life. They can boost us up or torn us apart. Learn from them, but don’t let them control your emotion.
• MOVE ON
Move on with your life. Don’t dwell on hurts because it will never give you anything but heart problems. Life must go on, give it time to subside. Believe me when I tell you, in time situations will be better and life is worth living for.
Give yourself a chance to heal, emotional scars would be there to give you extra shielding for future hurt.
Are you still hurting? Let it fly!
