How often do we hear about the word greatness? Greatness is being link to those people who in spite of all the odds they surpass any expectation and exceeds the boundaries of limitation.
But as they say anyone can become great if you are willing to work hard and do whatever it takes to go beyond your wildest dream. But how easy it is or how hard it is to do such kind of achievement? Do you think you can do that in a mere blink of an eye or as they always say people are born to be great.
How about the environment you live in and the ideals you’ve grown up with, Is that plays a turning point in individuals life. There are a lot of circumstances that comes along in a human’s life in the course of a lifetime and it is up to that person to conquer all expectation and belief that goes along with it.
I think one of the main factors in greatness of one’s person is the ability to endure pain. You have to go through the pain of suffering, the pain of uncertainty, the pain of survival, the pain of criticism, the pain of losing hope and the pain of your own expectation.
All great people when you look at their life they don’t know what future they can expect. They had their own dreams that someday they can make a small difference in this world. They don’t whine if something is not go according to their plan. They just do the things that they believe is essential for their survival.
That is what we call preparing for greatness until such time you are ready to rip it.
Along the way the character of a man builds because of pain and hope. They stop when something is not going according to plan but still continues to go on to polish the things that make their human ability shine. They may fail once, twice but they will never let the defeat stand on their way because they have faith in their capacity to bounce back and make their situation better.
But working hard and believing in yourself is not enough; you also have to figure out how to deal with the environment you set in and the people that thought you how to become the person you are today. You have to listen to people that has the necessary experience in their resume. But don’t forget also to be stubborn once in awhile and break the rules because that will make your experience more meaningful.
When you already have the necessary tool to take the world go make your own mark on it. Don’t be afraid to show your fullest potential because you are not living only for your own sake but for everybody’s sake in terms of your talent. Show the world that you are who you are and you are good at being you.
Speak up the truth and don’t be afraid if criticism fires back, because courage is something you earn and not something to dismiss. Courage will also make your heart jump with proud and full of pride. It is very satisfying if there is no holding back in whatever way you can imagine.
Challenge yourself all the time. If you can make yourself craving for more every time there is new to the table then you are in good hands to accomplish something. If people always question your ability then prove to them that you can do whatever it is and achieve more.
Once in awhile you have to check yourself if the values are still there and if the integrity is still intact. Keep your heart soft but firm to challenges that comes your way. Moral fiber is still the basis of your whole person.
In life you can only do things if you are still alive so whatever that is in your mind right now just do it because greatness is measured by your ability to take a challenge but if you’re not up to the challenge then don’t expect to be great.
Greatness in its own simple term is doing the things even you can’t believe you can do.
